Jason was so nice and very helpful when we were purchasing a new bedroom set. He kept us informed on the progression from purchase to delivery. The delivery guys were professional and careful when setting up the bed and nightstands. We couldn’t have been more pleased.

We couldn't recommend Stacy's enough! We were immediately greeted by Shweta when we walked in the door and she took us around the facility to identify the different styles of furniture they offered, with detailed information on the craftsmanship of the brands. We were very impressed with the quality of the furniture and the service that Shweta provided throughout the buying process. We will definitely be coming back for some additional pieces!!

I’ve always enjoyed shopping at Stacy Furniture in Allen. They have a massive selection of quality pieces at very reasonable prices. On my most recent visits, I worked with Jason, and he was fantastic. He greeted me right away but gave me the space to browse on my own with zero pressure. Whether I was looking at high-end chairs or inexpensive framed prints, he was always available to answer questions and check stock. He even stayed in touch after the sale to coordinate delivery and ensure everything was right. I’ll definitely be back!

I ordered new bedroom furniture for our primary bedroom. I was told it would be 4 weeks till delivery. In that time I was going to need to empty the dresser and chest, sell the furniture, empty the bedroom, have the wood floors refinished and then finally sleep in my own bed with the new furniture. Well there was an ice storm in the middle of this plan and there was a question of the delivery date for the furniture. I told Shane that I expected and needed to sleep in my new bed on the date promised. The furniture was only coming from Houston. Mr Stacy himself got involved and made it happen. That there is the best customer service. Thank you Shane and Mr Stacy as well as the very professional delivery guys. This is the second time I’ve had very good service from Stacy’s. Bravo!!!

Had a wonderful furniture shopping experience today at STACEY Furniture & Design in Allen, TX (111 Central Expressway North by McDermott intersection.) Our Designer was 'Shweta' - who we had met a year ago when we visited Stacey's looking for a bookshelf, dresser & night stand. Shweta remembered us - she was fantastic help then and again today. Today Shweta (so sweet ) helped us select a leather reclining sofa, matching leather recliner, nest of tables & accent table from the seemingly endless selection of furniture Stacey's showcases in their gigantic showroom. Everything Stacey's offers is the finest of home furnishing - the best in style, function & comfort. You have to see to believe it but once you walk in the doors of Stacey Furniture & Design you are in a sort of Furniture Paradise. Shweta is wonderful & made sure we found what was best for us. She gave us all her attention & time until we found the right colors, leather, styles, designs, comfort & functions. And she took the sting out of the purchase with a great deal. Why shop for furniture anywhere else? Stacey's has the best of furniture & home design accessories. And they have fantastic interior designers, such as Shweta.

I had the best experience for looking for furniture at Stacy's furniture in Allen Texas and I also had the best advice from a salesperson whose name is Sweetie.,. Not only was she very attentive but she listened to all my questions that I had and then she found solutions one of which I was looking for a 42 inch round table and she pointed me to an area and specifically showed me the table that I bought. I must say also the delivery department of Stacy furniture they were outstanding and were able to bring my table put together even with it misting outside. So all in all I give Stacy furniture A Plus....

Great experience with Stacy Furniture! The sales rep, Dave Mullinix, did a fantastic job ensuring that I got what I was searching for. He has kept in communication to assist with additional items. Super helpful and quick to respond to my texts. Also, shout out to the delivery team as they went above and beyond.

My husband and I purchased a new sofa about 18 months ago and appreciated the professionalism and quality the furniture. We also appreciate that they have been generous in letting me have the discontinued fabric samples. The fabric is used to make pillows and tote bags for Children's Hospital in Dallas. My many thanks to them for a good experience in their store and giving back to the community.

We were considering updating our furniture and after looking into different furniture stores, we decided to check out Stacy Furniture. First of all, they have a huge selection of furniture to choose from. Tamara McCabe welcomed us and showed us around. We were looking for quality furniture and Tamara showed us the Mavin Furniture Collection. We were impressed with the quality and the customization. We purchased a table, chairs, and a bedroom set. We loved the process of choosing the type of wood, finish, and colors. Later we went back and purchased a Kirkland sectional and power recliner from Tamara as well. She is very knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to work with her. The delivery of our furniture was also top notch. Huge shout out to Carlos and his team, who were very professional and unpacked and arranged our furniture carefully. Overall, we had a great experience furniture shopping at Stacy Furniture and would recommend anyone that needs to shop for furniture to give them a visit.
